Michael A Orozco has been involved with the field of civil litigation for several years, and brings his knowledge of civil law into each client’s representation. As a Civil Defense Lawyer, a significant portion of his efforts are focused on Personal Injury Actions and Family Law Issues. As a criminal defense lawyer, he focuses his efforts in the defense of clients charged with violating the criminal law and the motor vehicle laws of New Jersey, when his extensive language skills in Spanish, Portuguese or Italian are needed by his clients.
Among the benefits that Mr. Orozco brings to the representation of all of his clients, is his ability to speak fluent Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. When a client has difficulty speaking in English, this allows Mr. Orozco to speak directly to his clients in their native languages. This provides his clients with the benefit of having a lawyer who understands both the legal issues needed to represent them; and, the ability to understand his clients without having to speak in English or through another person acting as a translator. This ensures that clients, who have problems speaking English, can explain their wishes directly to their Civil Defense Lawyer so he can properly represent them; or if the case involves criminal violations, to their Criminal Defense Lawyer.
Among the other areas that Mr. Orozco brings his talents to as a Civil Defense Lawyer, are Commercial Litigation, Social Security Disability Applications, and Corporate Formation and Representation.
Mr. Orozco is admitted to both the New Jersey and the New York State Bars; and, the District Court for the State of New Jersey.
